What it does

Workflow CEO helps busy, ambitious women hand repetitive work to AI so they can spend their time on what matters. You describe a recurring task, from work, business, home, family, or finances; we match it to one of 24 curated workflow patterns and give you an installation kit to set up in the AI tool you already use.

It does not complete your task, connect to your accounts, or install anything for you.

No AI calls, by design

Matching runs in your browser using an authored library: keyword and phrase recognition, synonyms, weighting, and rules. Nothing you type is sent to an AI service, and there are no usage-based AI charges.

That also means it's not open-ended reasoning. If a request doesn't fit a pattern we've written and tested, we say so rather than inventing a setup.

You use your own AI tools

Kits are written for Claude, ChatGPT, or both. Claude Projects are available on all Claude plans; ChatGPT Project details are marked for manual review because we couldn't access OpenAI's help center.

Where it helps, kits include a Claude task-execution path (what Anthropic calls Cowork): Claude working across your files and chosen tools to produce a finished deliverable, sometimes on a schedule. It needs a paid Claude plan, some parts need the desktop app, and Claude is gradually merging Cowork into one unified experience — so kits show both navigation variants.

Every kit lists its requirements, the official documentation it was checked against, the date checked, and a fallback. Claude Skills appear only as an optional advanced path.

Privacy and storage

Your saved shortcuts are stored in this browser on this device. They don't sync to other devices or browsers, and clearing browser data deletes them. Use Export My Shortcuts on the My Shortcuts page to keep a backup file.

Kits include privacy cautions. As a rule: never paste account numbers, passwords, ID numbers, or confidential workplace material into an AI tool unless you're permitted to.
